THALASSA - Gozo

Thalassa is a peculiar little wreck, resting in just 10 metres of water. It’s a very accessible dive, perfect for a relaxed afternoon. The old tanker lies on its starboard side, an interesting angle for exploring the deck and superstructure. You can poke around the remains of the bridge, imagining it just after it listed and went down. Over the years, groupers have moved in, and we’ve often spotted octopus tucked into crevices. It’s not a deep dive, so you get plenty of bottom time to really soak it in.
