CSD WTK-1 - Tioman Island

The CSD WTK-1 isn't just another wreck; it’s a proper Tioman classic. This old dredger, deliberately scuttled, now rests upright at 21 meters, inviting exploration. We love the way the light filters down through the superstructure, casting those spooky shadows. You can slip through the wheelhouse, where schools of yellowtail snapper often swirl, or peer into the cargo holds now home to schools of fusiliers so thick they block the light. Look for barracuda patrolling the deck, their silvery scales catching the light as they glide past. This site is fantastic for photographers looking for interesting compositions and any diver who appreciates a wreck with real character. Dive this one early, before the boat traffic picks up, for the best visibility.
