Micronesia Eco Divers - Kosrae
The team at Micronesia Eco Divers, led by Madison and Salik, feel like old friends the moment you step onto their boat. They’re PADI 5 Star, but it’s their genuine love for Kosrae’s quiet reefs that really shines through. We love their focus on the less-travelled sites, like the Japanese Zero wreck, which still has parts scattered across the sand, a stark reminder of history. They really excel at tailoring dives; if you’re keen on macro, they’ll spend ages patiently pointing out pygmy seahorses and nudibranchs we’d otherwise swim straight past. Our favourite part has to be the afternoon dives, when the light filters just right through the corals, making the fusilier schools shimmer. They keep groups small, which means less finning chaos and more uninterrupted moments just watching the reef breathe. Dive with them, and you’ll leave feeling like you’ve genuinely explored somewhere special, not just ticked off another dive site.
