The team at Blue Ocean House are the kind of people you immediately feel at home with. They’ve been diving Green Island forever, and it shows in their easy confidence and local knowledge. We love that they really encourage you to slow down and appreciate the smaller stuff – the nudibranchs on the anemones, the shy garden eels poking from the sand. Our favourite part about diving with them is their relaxed pace. There's no rush to blast through dives; instead, they focus on finding those little moments, like watching a pygmy seahorse sway on its fan, or spotting a stonefish perfectly camouflaged on the reef. They're a PADI 5 Star outfit, great for anyone looking to get certified or advance their skills. We think they’re particularly well-suited for divers who appreciate a more personal touch and aren’t just ticking off sites. They run smaller groups, which means more bottom time and less feeling like you’re part of a herd. Dive with them in the morning for the best light on the coral slopes, before the day boats get too busy. We’d suggest chatting with them about currents; they know the local conditions intimately and can really make a difference to your dive experience.
