Middle Tree - Koh Rong Archipelago

Middle Tree in the Koh Rong Archipelago is a pretty solid spot for divers just getting their fins wet. The maximum depth of 12m makes it very approachable, good for building confidence and getting comfortable with buoyancy. You'll find a nice mix of reef structure here, not dramatically colourful perhaps, but home to plenty of small stuff – we've often seen cuttlefish here, maybe some smaller rays scooting along the sandy patches, and always plenty of nudibranchs if you take your time. It's an easy, relaxed dive, ideal for those first few open water experiences.
