DM Scuba Dive Team - Perhentian Islands
The team at DM Scuba Dive Team are a genuinely warm bunch, always ready with a smile and a good tip for the next dive. We’ve always appreciated their relaxed approach, which somehow still manages to be incredibly professional. If you’re looking to take your PADI certifications further than just recreational diving, this is absolutely the place. They’re a 5-star IDC Resort, meaning they can take you right through to instructor level, and they do it with a really solid, supportive vibe. We've found their dive leaders have an uncanny knack for spotting the smaller stuff, nudibranchs tucked away, tiny crabs in anemones. Our favourite thing about diving with them is how they manage to make even the busiest sites feel personal; they know the currents, the best entry points, and where to go to find a bit of quiet amongst the schools of fusiliers. Early morning dives are a treat with them, getting out before the crowds, when the light is softer and the reef is just waking up. They’re also great about current conditions; if a site isn’t looking good, they’ll suggest alternatives without hesitation.
