One step beyond - Sandy Island
One Step Beyond offers an intermediate dive to 22m, primarily over a sandy seabed near Sandy Island. Visibility here is usually decent, making it good for spotting the smaller, shy creatures that prefer open sand. We’ve seen quite a few garden eels and stingrays settled in. It's a nice option for those who appreciate calmer conditions and a different kind of critter search away from the main reef action.
