With 391+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, dolphins, humpback whales, octopuses and seahorses - Coco Cay offers some of Andros's richest diving. Water ranges 24-31°C, warmest July, August, September.
Coco Cay is a shallow, easy dive off Andros, perfect for newer divers or a relaxed second dive. At just 12 metres, you'll have plenty of bottom time to explore the coral patches, often finding juvenile reef fish tucked into crevices. We’ve spotted everything from small snapper to parrotfish here, making it a good spot for macro photography practice too. It’s a gentle introduction to Bahamian reef diving.
