Barracuda Point, Carriacou - Carriacou

Corner Point is an easy dive, sometimes almost too easy, but we love it for a relaxing late afternoon or night dive. It’s a gentle slope, starting shallow and bottoming out around 18 metres on sand. You won't find roaring currents here, which makes it perfect for taking your time. We always look for the smaller stuff – lots of gobies darting around, nudibranchs slowly making their way across the corals, and if you have a good eye, tiny shrimp hiding in the crevices. The hard corals, like the staghorn and brain corals, are especially vibrant under a dive light at night. It’s a great spot for newer divers to build confidence or for anyone who just wants a mellow dive without too much fuss. Keep an eye out for stingrays nestled in the sand; we've often seen them there.
