La Perle, just off Saint-Pierre, gives you a good feel for Martinique’s volcanic seabed. It's not a deep dive, making it a relaxed spot for newer divers or those wanting a longer bottom time. We often see cowfish poking around the volcanic rocks, and there are usually Molly Miller blennies darting in and out of crevices. Keep an eye out for small schools of mountain mullet moving along the bottom; they’re pretty distinctive. It's a pleasant dive, not packed with big drama, but consistently interesting for spotting smaller creatures.
