El Imperio, off Puerto Rico's East Coast, offers a shallow reef dive. We often find schooling fish here, like grunts and snappers, hanging around the coral heads. It's a good spot for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed second dive, with depths staying under 15 metres. Visibility is generally solid, making it easy to spot the smaller reef residents.
