Turtle Ray Ally, off Guatemala’s Caribbean coast, is less a dedicated dive site and more a delightful bonus stop. We usually hit it at the end of the day, a relaxed snorkel for everyone on board, divers included. The draw here is simple: nurse sharks often cruise through, plus you’re likely to spot a few green sea turtles gliding past and some curious stingrays resting on the sandy patches. It’s a gentle, easy experience, perfect for winding down and enjoying some close-up encounters without the need for a full gear-up.
