Budd Reef sits within the Somosomo Strait, known for its consistent current flow. We often find ourselves drifting along walls packed with soft corals, particularly the vibrant dendronephthya. Keep an eye out for schooling anthias and the occasional reef shark patrolling the deeper sections. This site is a solid choice for divers comfortable with a good current and looking for a classic Fiji soft coral experience.
