Miller Reef - Taveuni & Somosomo Strait
Miller Reef sits within the Somosomo Strait, a channel known for its nutrient-rich waters. We've found the corals here, though not as famous as the nearby Rainbow Reef, still put on a decent show, with plenty of smaller reef fish flitting about. It's generally a gentle drift, making it a good option for those looking for a relaxed dive with consistent visibility, usually around 20-25 metres. We'd suggest it as a pleasant addition to a Taveuni dive itinerary, especially if you appreciate a quieter reef.
