Nuggets is a reef dive in Taveuni & Somosomo Strait, Fiji. Water ranges 26-30°C, warmest January, February, March.
Nuggets offers a drift along a series of coral bommies, each one a little world of its own. We’ve seen good numbers of reef sharks here, often resting in the sandy patches between the coral heads. It’s a pretty straightforward drift, making it a good option for those newer to current diving who want to experience the Somosomo Strait’s famous flow.
