Tombatuni Point - Gizo & Western Province

Tombatuni Point is a solid, easy dive, perfect if you’re just getting comfortable in the Solomons, or even if you’re still getting your fins wet as a diver. The point itself is a gentle slope down to about 24 metres, where you’ll usually find fusiliers and bannerfish schooling in the mild current. We’ve seen small reef sharks cruise by here, and the coral bommies are usually home to a few moray eels peeking out. It’s a nice, relaxed way to spend an hour underwater.
