SS Inchkett - Andaman Islands

The SS Inchkett is a good entry point for wreck diving in the Andamans. Sitting in just 17 meters of water, it’s a gentle introduction, accessible even for newer divers. The ship itself is fairly broken up, more a collection of twisted metal and scattered plates than an intact vessel, but that’s its charm. We love watching the resident batfish school drift over the main bow section, and there are always plenty of lionfish tucked into the nooks and crannies. It’s a solid dive for anyone looking to potter around a historical site, without the challenges of deeper, more demanding wrecks.
