Aarah Dekunu Thila - Baa Atoll

Aarah Dekunu Thila is a solid pinnacle dive in Baa Atoll. We’ve found it’s best explored as a drift, letting the current carry you over the top. You’ll usually see schools of yellowback fusiliers and snapper hanging around the reef's edge, often with grey reef sharks patrolling just off the pinnacle. Keep an eye out for whitetip reef sharks resting on the sandy bottom, too. It’s an intermediate dive, really good for divers comfortable with a bit of current who appreciate classic Maldivian pelagic action.
