The Blue Lagoon, a quarry dive in Northumberland, offers a straightforward experience for divers working on skills or testing new gear. Visibility varies, but you’ll often find a few training platforms and perhaps a sunken object or two to navigate around. It’s a good spot for open water students, or just knocking the rust off after a dry spell. We wouldn’t recommend it for a big adventure, but it serves a purpose.
