Banc Charner
Why dive here
With 52+ marine species recorded in the area - including sea turtles and sperm whales - Banc Charner offers some of Larnaca's richest reef diving. Water sits around 19°C.
Franklin Reef, off Malpelo Island, is a solid drift dive where we often spot green turtles cruising past. It’s a good spot to just go with the flow and watch the schooling fish. The reef structure itself is interesting, with lots of nooks to peek into. We'd suggest it for divers comfortable in current who enjoy a relaxed pelagic show.
