Boca do Inferno - Algarve & Berlengas
Boca do Inferno, or "Mouth of Hell," sounds a bit dramatic for what's actually a pretty chill dive. It's a shallow spot, topping out at 12 metres, which makes it perfect if you're just starting out or fancy a relaxed hour underwater. We've often spent time here poking around the rock formations, finding plenty of small stuff like blennies peeking out of crevices and little crabs scuttling over the sand. It’s not a big pelagic show, more of a macro delight, and we’d suggest it for anyone looking for an easy entry with some pleasant discoveries along the way.
