With 116+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, blue whales, dolphins, dwarf minke whales and ocean sunfish (mola mola) - Eden offers some of Algarve & Berlengas's richest diving. Water ranges 15-19°C, warmest June, October, November.
Eden offers a straightforward dive to 23m off the Algarve coast. It’s a good spot for intermediate divers looking for a relaxed bottom time. We usually see a decent scattering of smaller reef fish here, like wrasse and gobies, along with the occasional cuttlefish hiding amongst the rocks. It’s not a challenging dive, making it a solid choice for getting back in the water or for those newer to European diving.
