Modulos de Proteccao sits off the Algarve coast, a collection of artificial reef modules put down to encourage marine growth. You'll find a good number of octopus and cuttlefish here, along with smaller reef fish sheltering in the nooks. It's an easy dive, often with decent visibility, making it a good choice for newer divers or for a relaxed second dive. If you enjoy searching for critters, it's a solid spot.
