Pedra da Pata Roxa

Pedra da Pata Roxa, off the coast of Algarve, offers a straightforward dive that we’ve always found reliably enjoyable. Dropping to 26 meters, it’s a good spot for intermediate divers looking for a relaxed exploration. We usually find schools of sea bream here, often circling the deeper rock formations, and keep an eye out for the occasional octopus tucked into a crevice. It’s not a site that will blow your mind, but it’s a solid dive for an afternoon, especially if you appreciate the subtler beauty of the Atlantic. Expect good visibility on calm days, making it easy to just drift and watch the local fish go about their business.
