Pedra do Nordeste is a solid choice for a relaxed dive in the Algarve, especially if you’re newer to the sport. Dropping to a gentle 17 metres, it’s a calm introduction to the local underwater scene. You’ll spend your time exploring scattered rocks and patches of sand, looking for octopuses tucked into crevices or cuttlefish hovering just off the bottom. It's a nice easygoing spot to get your fins wet and refine your buoyancy, without any major currents or deep sections to worry about.
