River Gurara Proa (Wreck) - Algarve & Berlengas
The River Gurara Proa is the bow section of a former cargo ship, sitting upright on the seabed at 26 metres. It's a solid wreck for intermediate divers, with a few swim-throughs into the cargo holds if you’re comfortable. You'll find plenty of resident marine life, typically shoals of sea bream and wrasse, making it home in the structure. It’s a good choice if you enjoy exploring a compact wreck without excessive penetration.
