CARL - Northumberland & Northeast

The CARL, a schooner sunk in 1917, rests in 11 metres of water off the Northumberland coast. While deemed a dangerous wreck, it’s a relatively intact structure, offering interesting penetration opportunities for suitably qualified divers. Expect to see plenty of local crabs and often a curious seal around the stern. It's a decent second dive if you're already in the area.
