SNOWFLAKE - Northumberland & Northeast

The Snowflake, an 11-meter fishing vessel, rests upright in Lune Deep at 35 meters. She went down in 1995 while under tow, so she's relatively intact and makes for a good poke-around. We've found her deckhouse still pretty well defined, and the wheelhouse has seen better days but is still recognisable. Expect to spot some lobsters tucked into the nooks and crannies, and plenty of those grumpy-looking anglerfish often hang out here. It’s a solid dive for those comfortable with deeper UK wreck diving, offering a decent look at a working boat now repurposed as a habitat.
