TOMMI - Northumberland & Northeast

We've always had a soft spot for the *Tommi*, a schooner that went down in 1918. Lying at 55 meters, it’s a dive for those comfortable with deeper expeditions, and definitely not one for your open water cert. The wreck itself is a classic, with its wooden hull gradually giving way to the sea. You’ll find cod and ling often sheltering amongst the timbers, along with the usual cast of crabs and lobsters. Visibility can vary here, as with many North Sea wrecks, so pick a calm day and bring a good torch to really appreciate the details. It's a proper wreck dive, quiet and atmospheric, a real trip back in time.
