Wreck of Sturgeon - Northumberland & Northeast

Dropping onto the Sturgeon is a proper dive into history off the Northumberland coast. We’ve found her usually sitting upright, often with an incredible amount of intact superstructure for a wreck of her age. Keep an eye out for the resident wolfish tucked into crevices and the nudibranchs that pepper the metalwork – always a good photo opportunity if the visibility plays ball. It's a solid dive for anyone comfortable with slightly cooler water and keen to explore a well-preserved wreck.
