Lake Hollywood - Florida Springs

Lake Hollywood, at a mellow 7m, is where we often recommend divers start to get comfortable with their gear. It’s a gentle introduction to the springs, without the deep dark or overhead environments that some of Florida’s other sites throw at you. You’ll find some old fishing boats sunk for divers to explore, alongside a handful of smaller, often unidentifiable, bits of wreckage that have accumulated over time. Visibility can shift with the weather, but on a good day, it’s a calm, easy dive, perfect for practicing buoyancy or just getting wet without too much fuss.
