Reef Pirates Hawaii - Hawaii

The team at Reef Pirates Hawaii are just good fun. If you’re looking for a low-key operation that focuses on getting you wet without any fuss, they’re a solid pick. They run out of Ko Olina Marina, so you’re already in a pretty spot before you even hit the water. We’ve found they’re particularly great for newer divers or those who just want to do a couple of relaxed dives without feeling rushed. Their boat is comfortable, and the crews know the Oahu sites like the back of their hand. We especially love their morning two-tank trips out to spots like the Mahi shipwreck. Dropping down to that wreck, you often see green sea turtles cruising along the deck, sometimes a white-tip reef shark tucked under an overhang. Later, on the reef dive, the schools of yellow tang can be so dense, it's like swimming through a golden cloud. Our favourite part about diving with Reef Pirates is the easy-going vibe – you're back on shore by early afternoon, leaving plenty of time to grab a poke bowl and hit the beach. It’s a genuinely relaxed Hawaiian dive experience.
