The Plateau, off New England's coast, offers a different kind of dive. It's a shallow, rocky outcrop, typically around 10-15 meters deep, often swept by moderate currents. We've found lobsters tucked into crevices and occasionally a curious harbor seal passing by. This site is best for divers looking for a straightforward, local dive, comfortable with cooler water and varying visibility.
