Marsa Gabal el Rosas (Ducks center) - Deep South

If you’re just getting comfortable with your buoyancy, Marsa Gabal el Rosas is a good place to spend some time. Dropping to a gentle 17 metres, it’s an easy entry for beginners, or a nice way to ease into a liveaboard trip. We’ve seen quite a few blue-spotted rays here, often tucked into the sandy patches, and schools of bannerfish drift lazily across the reef top. It’s a comfortable, relaxed dive, perfect for photographers wanting to practice or anyone keen to take it slow.
