With 52+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, humpback whales, oceanic whitetip sharks, spinner dolphins and whale sharks - El Wezer offers some of Deep South's richest reef diving. Water ranges 22-31°C, warmest July, August, September.
El Wezer sits off the Deep South coast, a straightforward dive topping out at 21 metres. It’s a good spot for newer divers, with calm conditions most days. You’ll typically find a scattering of the usual Red Sea suspects: butterflyfish, surgeonfish, and sometimes a blue-spotted ray in the sand. We like it as a relaxing second dive, nothing too taxing.
