Qal‘ah Kabīrah - Eilat
Qal‘ah Kabīrah, or the Big Castle, offers a substantial reef structure just off the Eilat coastline. We found the coral formations here decent, with a good chance of spotting the usual Red Sea suspects like parrotfish and butterflyfish. It's a straightforward dive, well-suited for a relaxed afternoon exploring the reef's contours, good for those looking for an easy, pleasant dive rather than anything dramatic.
