SALWA 2 - Eilat

Salwa 2 is a solid dive in Eilat, not the flashiest wreck in the Red Sea, but definitely worth your time. This 63-meter motor vessel sits upright at a shallow 11 meters, making it a great dive for extending bottom time and soaking in the details. We love heading into the cargo hold, which is surprisingly open and lets in plenty of ambient light. Look for schools of glassfish shimmering inside and the occasional lionfish lurking under ledges on the superstructure. Outside, the deck is a patchwork of soft corals and anemones, attracting everything from clownfish to curious parrotfish. It’s a relaxed dive, perfect for photographers or anyone wanting to spend a good hour exploring a wreck without deep deco obligations.
