DALIA - Tyre

The Dalia wreck lies just offshore in Tyre, a chunky motor vessel that found its final resting place in 1994 after strong winds pushed her onto the rocks. This isn't a deep dive, peaking at about two metres, making it perfect for an easy shore entry snorkel or a super shallow dive when the sea is calm. You can clearly make out the bow and stern sections, broken in two, with plenty of nooks and crannies that have become home to small reef fish. It’s a gentle introduction to wreck exploration, less about penetration and more about observing how nature reclaims man-made structures in the shallows.
