Small Fish Country - Derawan Islands
Small Fish Country, near Derawan, is exactly what it sounds like. We've often seen vast shoals of juvenile fusiliers and snapper here, sometimes so thick they obscure the reef. It’s a good spot for wide-angle photography when those schools gather, and an easy drift dive generally. We’d suggest it for divers who enjoy observing schooling behaviour.
