Dragon Dive Komodo Dive - Komodo
The team at Dragon Dive Komodo Dive are a solid choice for exploring the Komodo National Park. We’ve always found their daily trips well-organised, getting you out to some of the area’s best sites like Batu Bolong or Manta Point before the big crowds arrive. Their boats, while not luxury liners, are comfortable enough for a day’s diving, and the crew are efficient with tank changes and safety briefings. What we really appreciate about Dragon Dive is their focus on getting you to the right place at the right time. We’ve had some truly fantastic dives with them, drifting over fields of table coral, watching a dozen reef sharks cruise by, or finding ourselves surrounded by schooling jacks. Their guides know these waters intimately, which is crucial when dealing with Komodo’s notorious currents. They’re also one of the few places offering liveaboard options on their boat, Shenron, which we think is the way to go if you want to properly experience the further reaches of the park without the daily commute. Definitely worth considering if you’re planning a longer trip and want to maximise your dive time.
