With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Critter Hunt offers some of Sulawesi's richest muck diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Critter Hunt is classic Sulawesi muck diving. You'll spend your dive poking around sandy slopes and mud flats, looking for the small stuff. We’ve found frogfish, seahorses, and plenty of nudibranchs here. It's a great spot for macro photographers and patient divers who enjoy a slow, deliberate dive.
