Sulawesi’s House Reef might not be on every highlight reel, but for a convenient afternoon dip or an easy check dive, it delivers a decent showing. We often find ourselves drifting over a sloping coral garden here, keeping an eye out for the usual suspects like Biota and the occasional Bathypectinura heros nestled in the sand. It’s a comfortable, generally current-free spot, making it ideal for shaking off the travel dust or testing new gear. While you won't always be overwhelmed by flashing colours, the small, intricate critters are always worth a closer look.
