Magic Rock, off Sulawesi, delivers on its name for muck diving enthusiasts. We found an incredible density of rare critters here, from flamboyant cuttlefish to various pipefish tucked into the crevices of the main rock. The site really shines for macro photography, especially during slack tide when currents ease up. It's a spot best appreciated by divers who love a slow search.
