Saddleback Reef - Sulawesi
Saddleback Reef is one of those spots where you really appreciate the sheer resilience of coral, particularly the staghorn. We've seen a lot of it here, a true testament to the reef's recovery and health. It’s a gentle drift over a shallow slope, perfect for just cruising along and taking in the smaller details. Keep an eye out for burrowing urchins and we've spotted a few cowries tucked away in the crevices. It’s a solid afternoon dive, good for stretching out bottom time without needing to fight much current.
