With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Taka Langgara offers some of Sulawesi's richest reef diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Taka Langgara, off Sulawesi, offers a decent reef dive. We've seen a good mix of hard corals here, along with the usual reef fish patrolling the bommies. It’s a solid choice for a relaxing afternoon dive, suitable for divers who prefer a more sedate pace without strong currents. Expect healthy coral formations and a chance to spot some common Indo-Pacific species.
