With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - West Point offers some of Sulawesi's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
West Point offers a pretty standard Sulawesi dive. We typically find a good mix of hard and soft corals along the slope, home to plenty of reef fish like damselfish and parrotfish. Keep an eye out for nudibranchs tucked into the crevices. It’s a comfortable dive, usually with gentle currents, making it a good option for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon.
