With 238+ marine species recorded in the area - including blacktip reef sharks, giant moray eels, pygmy seahorses, seahorses and sperm whales - Yellow koko offers some of Sulawesi's richest diving. Water ranges 29-31°C, warmest June, October, November.
Yellow Koko in Sulawesi is a good spot for macro lovers. We found plenty of unusual critters tucked into the soft corals and sponges along the sloping reef. Keep an eye out for pygmy seahorses and various nudibranchs. It’s a pretty mellow dive, suitable for photographers who like to take their time.
