Why dive here
Fananas is a reef dive where divers can encounter mantis shrimp.
Fananas offers a good drift dive along a sloping coral reef. Keep the reef to your left as you head southeast, letting the current carry you past plate corals and small bommies. We've often spotted white-tip reef sharks cruising the deeper edges here. It’s a straightforward dive, well-suited for divers who enjoy a relaxed drift.
