SADEWA - Mabul & Kapalai

Sadewa isn't about deep dives or big pelagics. This is a shallow, playful wreck, probably our favourite for a chilled-out second dive. The wreck itself is a small speedboat, sitting upright at just 9 metres, so you’ll have plenty of bottom time to poke around. We love how the prop is still intact, and you can swim right through the cabin if you’re comfortable with a little overhead environment. The light filters in beautifully, illuminating the resident batfish that always seem to hang out near the wheelhouse. Look closely, and you’ll spot nudibranchs on the hull and maybe even a robust ghost pipefish tucked away. It’s a perfect site for newer wreck divers or anyone who appreciates a relaxed, macro-focused dive with a bit of structure. Go in the late afternoon; the light is softer, and the colours really pop.
