STAR MARCH - Mabul & Kapalai

Star March, sitting shallow at 8m, isn't your typical Mabul macro site. This isn't about tiny critters, it's about a proper wreck. She’s a carrier vessel, went down in '77, and she’s well-colonised now, though not quite an artificial reef garden yet. You’ll spend your time exploring the metal skeleton, spotting batfish schooling off the decks and the occasional giant moray peeking from a dark corner. It’s a good spot for wreck enthusiasts or anyone looking for a change from the usual reef dives, especially when you want a longer bottom time in the shallows.
